Loopy

Sammy got morphine today so she’s a little loopy, but she’s fine and her teeth are clean!

New pics!

Well, the house is on the market but I’m not quite caught up on stuff yet so I’m still really busy. I’ve had some complaints about the lack of new pictures so here’s some cute ones from the last few days:

Sam joined us for lunch today at Boonies. It was chilly even with her fleece hoodie so she hung out in her bag with her blankies. Sammy LOVES fries, in case you didn’t know. :-)

I had to “stage” the house for the realtor pics (It does NOT take only 3 days like on those shows!) and before I could take pics of my own the dogs had re-claimed the bed.

I painted a dresser and re-covered an ottoman (which has become their favorite spot to sleep and look out the window…)

Sam went to the doctor and has to get a band aid. She gets her teeth cleaned on Thursday so her kisses won’t be so stinky!

As you’ve probably noticed, our dogs love to lay on pillows. Even if they are on the comfy bed, they will still lay on a pillow. They LOVE when we put a blanket on top of a pillow, that’s even better.

Loki sits on my pillow like this in the morning until I wake up. He watches me to make sure he doesn’t miss anything. If I move or open my eyes he gets so excited and does his morning happy dance!

Patriotic Dogs

I ordered all 4 of us Obama shirts but they haven’t come yet so we did red, white & blue instead :)

Political Super Bowl!

We are trying to keep up on the convention but we are really busy with the house so we are doing our best. Anyway, this was one of my favorite parts from yesterday!

I practically live at Lowes and Menards

OK So I’ve determined that when you rent you might go into Lowes or Menards like once a year to buy light bulbs. Then when you buy a house you go there like once a week to get stuff for all those projects you start. Then when you SELL your house you are there at least twice a day buying supplies to finish all of the projects you started.

I ran out of paint. Off I go again! 3rd trip in 2 days. But the house looks awesome and we are almost done!!!
