Ken and I went to Dairy Queen (blah… we will stick to Culver’s) and they gave Sammy a doggie cone. She was so excited she didn’t know what to do, so she ate it! (Note Sammy’s hairband on my finger. She refuses to leave her topknot in. I give up.)

They are stuck in the office while we paint. Loki was letting Sam have the bed to herself, but then he decided to go share with her.

Has anyone seen this show? The dogs watched it with me tonight so I got the treats and tried to teach them something new. Unfortunately Loki already knows *everything* As I was teaching Sam “shake” and “kiss” he kept running over and doing those things, trying to get the treat. I asked him to stay, worked with Sammy, and then went back over to him like 5 minutes later and he gave me a kiss and offered his paw. He is SO STINKING SMART. If I had a dog with Loki’s IQ and Sammy’s personality we could win that show. Loki would be fantastic if he was the only dog on the show. Sam would ignore me and jump on the judges laps to give them kisses. Oh well, at least I have one of each. AND, Loki is getting way better and Sam seems to be getting smarter!
