Loki has been extremely bummed about the new floor and he was in a particularly bad mood today. Ken found him sitting by the closet where I keep the Bully Sticks safe from little monsters and I know he really wanted one. I have been saving one of the big sticks for Loki and I figured it might cheer him up, after he figures out how to chew it!

Since Friday I have been loosing my balance, breaking things, loosing my keys… I think it’s a combination of lack of sleep and that stressful library meeting on Thursday. However, I did manage to give Loki a haircut and Sammy a bath. Loki is super cute all short and he should be cooler. Sammy goes to the real groomer on Friday because it takes two people to groom her and she likes to push your hand away. If Sammy could talk, the first thing she would say would be “talk to the paw”
Here’s some pics of Loki’s haircut and Sammy at the Farmer’s Market basking in the sun. It was cold in the morning and she was happy when the sun came out. Sammy naps in her chair until someone new says hi to her, then she gets all excited and has to say hi, and then she goes back to napping.
This is Loki politely waiting for breakfast.

We had a busy day. I had tons of work to do. Loki got groomed. Sammy started potty training boot camp. (NO accidents in 24 hours!!) And we had to get ready for the Farmer’s Market tomorrow.
Here is Loki choosing the winner of the Farmer’s Market raffle.

Loki in Ken’s chair, watching me work.

Sammy barks most of the time she is in her crate, but for some reason she will tolerate a laundry basket. She was perfectly happy to nap with Oscar and a puzzle toy.
