Sometimes I feed Loki in a paper bowl if his ceramic bowls are dirty. Usually he eats all the food and then carries the bowl around or shreds it. I also usually have to sit in the kitchen with him while he eats or he will cry for me to come in there. The paper bowl solved that problem! He just picked his whole bowl up and carried it to the living room where I was sitting… and then dumped it out! Apparently dog food tastes better on the floor.

In a freakish run in with Mother Nature today, Erin and I had a head on collision with a tumbleweed when driving through Settlers Ridge. While turning into the main entrance, out of nowhere a massive tumbleweed smacked the side of the car and made Erin jump out of her seat! Typically in these parts there doesn’t seem to be any traffic sign placement until after an accident occurs so as a responsible citizen, I’m writing this post to warn everyone of the dangers of tumbleweed here in Kane County. “BEWARE OF TUMBLEWEEDS!” Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
