Actually we have an update for this story. The nest is now a homicide crime scene. Apparently a coyote wandered into the neighborhood as egg shells were found on the ground and mama bird is no where to be found.

WEll, I am sorry to hear that. The coyote’s are getting way to brave. I worry about letting my dog out.
